Oxylabs Web Scraper API (SERP)

oxylabs.io / subscription /LT

Oxylabs folded its SERP Scraper API into the Web Scraper API, so Google search results are billed on the shared per-result rate card and the SERP pricing URL now redirects to the Web Scraper API pricing page. The entry point is $49/month for 49,000 Google results ($1.00 per 1,000), falling to $0.60 per 1,000 at $999/month and a quoted $0.50 per 1,000 on Custom+. Two traps for a price comparison: the headline 'up to 98,000 / 220,000 / 3,330,000 results' on each card is the Amazon rate, and Google costs roughly twice as much per result; and there is no pay-as-you-go - you buy a monthly plan and can only top up within a per-plan cap ($249 on Micro, $499 on Starter and Business). Failed requests caused by Oxylabs' own system (5xx, 6xx) and rate-limit 429s are not billed, but a 404 from the target is. No uptime SLA, rollover policy or annual discount is published.

Oxylabs bills per successful result, and quotes three per-1,000 rates per plan: Amazon, Google, and Other. On Micro these are $0.50, $1.00 and $1.15 per 1,000; on Starter $0.45, $0.90, $1.10; on Business $0.30, $0.60, $0.75; on Custom+ $0.25, $0.50, $0.70. JavaScript rendering is a separate, higher rate ($1.35, $1.30, $1.00 and $0.95 per 1,000 respectively) and media download is billed per GB ($3, $2.50, $1 and $0.95). google_web uses the published 'Google' rate, so its multiplier is 1. Oxylabs does not publish which rate row the google_maps, google_news, google_images or google_shopping sources fall into, nor where Bing sits, so those multipliers are null rather than assumed. Confirmed by their documentation query endpoint on 2026-09-06: 'I cannot find information about this in the docs.' Billing counts 2xx and 4xx responses as successful results; 5xx, 6xx and 429 are not billed.
