serpstack
An apilayer property and the most expensive per search of the SERP specialists here: $29.99 for 5,000 searches is $6.00 per 1,000, and even Business Pro is $4.00 per 1,000. It is the only one in this set that publishes an explicit overage rate per plan ($0.023992, $0.019998, $0.0159992 per search) rather than hiding it. Two gates a buyer should notice: HTTPS encryption, CSV output, global locations and 'no rate limits' are all paid-plan features, so the 100-request free plan is plain-HTTP JSON, and the SLA is custom-only at the Enterprise contact-us tier. Google web results only; no maps, news, images, shopping or Bing endpoint is published, which is why those unit costs are null.

serpstack is described only as a Google Search Results API. The product page names no maps, news, images, shopping or Bing endpoint and publishes no per-engine multiplier, so those units are null rather than 1.
